Amelia Aftercare Centre is a registered non-profit organisation dedicated to support and enrich the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities who are unable to function in the open labour market after the age of 18.
For nearly 5 decades, Amelia Aftercare Centre has grown from strength to strength in providing services that positively impact the lives of each resident.
- Residential facilities:Safe, supportive housing with 8 chalets for men and women.
- Day programmes:Structured workshops that include arts & crafts, needlework, woodwork, gardening, kitchen skills, laundry, and therapy to promote independence and skill development.
- Medical care:On-site clinic staffed with trained care workers and nurses providing intensive and routine medical support.
- Social and cultural activities:Sports and community events encouraging social inclusion and wellbeing.
